Nissan Repair: 95 Nisson Fuel Temperature, throttle position sensor, nisson

Hello,  I have a Nisson Pickup 2.4L and I am getting a code 42.  By My scanner its tell me that this is the Fuel temperature sensor.  The problem is that every body even Nisson says this truck doenst have one and code 42 for this vehicle is a throttle position sensor.  Well I replaced it and still i get this code.  I have erased it several times and as soon as I move the vehicle it comes right back.  Any suggestions??

You do have a fuel temperature sensor. It is in the fuel tank. There is a possibility that the wires have come off.  But, you will need to drop the tank to get to the sensor.  The sensor is located to the back of the tank on top.  courtesyparts.com or your local dealer.
