Answer
Sammy,

The blower resistor has failed.  There are three positions as well as high.  Each is a resistor and they can blow all at once or one at a time.  Replace the resistor.  It is on the blower case, under the dash, passenger side.  Buy one and you will know what to look for when you replace it.  Two screws holt it on.

The tuneup should be done as that sounds like the problem with performance and power.  Cap, rotor, wires, plugs and a fuel and air filter and reset the timing and your power should be back.
