Nissan Repair: Speed Sensor Location, vehicle speed sensor, nissan sentra

I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R with a 2.5L engine, and was wondering where the speed sensor is located? And how do you reset the code after this problem is solved?

The vehicle speed sensor is on the transmission.  Jack up the car and get under, on the drivers side you will see the sensor.  Disconnect the battery for five minutes to reset the code.  Or, if you have a scan tool you can reset it that way.  Be sure to chock the wheels and use jack stands for safety.  You could get the sensor for less money at rockauto.com or courtesyparts.com or just check with your local parts supplier.
