Nissan Repair: 99 nissan sentra wheel bearings, front wheel bearings, nissan sentra

Question
I bought a 99 sentra 1.6 for my daughter last week. It has pretty loud rolling noise coming from the right front wheel.
The CV boots are cracked so I was going to replace them anyway, but I think the noise is coming from the bearing. When I look up the front wheel bearings online only an inner bearing is listed. Is there an outer also or just one? Do I need to get seals for this bearing? The book says I need a special press to remove/install the bearings. I have a 12 ton shop press. Will that do the job? Also sometimes when the headlights are turned on the dash illumination doesn't come on for a couple of minutes. Any ideas? Thanks

Answer
Hi Alfred -

Sounds like it is the hub bearing. Yes, you will need a press to remove and install it into the hub bore. There is just one bearing, no seal. I think your press would suffice.

For your dash lights, check all your connections, and the headlight switch. You say it is intermittent?

Hope this helps -
