My 2001 Nissan Sentra GXE isn't blowing cold air from the AC.  It's not even blowing the outside air tempature, but blowing HOT HOT air as if the heat was turned all the way up.  Could this be a problem with the AC control panel?  The heat dial seems to turn a little too easily.  I had the AC system checked and it isn't low on coolant.  Could it be the AC compressor?  Any thoughts would be greatly appriciated.

If the heater blend door is broken or the control and or cable is broken will not allow the blend door to move to where you get cold air from the system.  I would pull the control panel and look at how it connects to the system.  I think yours is a vacuum blend door and either the control or cable is the most probable suspect.
