Nissan Repair: 94 nissan sentra GXE, nissan sentra gxe, nissan sentra

Does the 94 sentra GXE have an interference motor?  
Also, the car has sat for about 3 years, w/ gas in it.  Can it be started right up?  Or does the gas need to be drained,  changed, added to or....
