Nissan Repair: Transmission, neat feature, transmissions

I was driving along doing 50 miles hr. the car went out of over drive. I checked the button but still no issues their. I pulled over to see what to do. It was stuck in third gear & I have no reverse. when i put it in reverse it made a spinning noise but does not move. It won't go in neutral either so you can roll it.

Nissan has this neat feature where it locks the transmission in third gear so you cannot hurt it when the computer discovers something is wrong with the transmission.  Take it to a shop that specializes in Nissan transmissions and they will read the codes and let you know what the problem is.  Email me back if you require more.
