Nissan Repair: 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, o2 sensors, oxygen sensors

I am having issues with the A/T third gear signal fault and O2 sensors. My car wont go over 50 mph and gets stuck going into the third gear. What should I check or replace?  I get test codes 0141,0135,0155,0161,0733,1110

Here are what the codes mean.

0141 rear O2 heater bank 1
0153 front 02 heater bank 1
0155 front 02 heater bank 2
0161 rear 02 heater bank 2
0733 A/T 3rd signal
1110 air inlet temperaure sensor

I would say that the heater circuit is defective since all the oxygen sensors would not have a heater circuit.  There is a timed relay in the relay box for this.  That should take care of the first four codes.  The 3rd is probly the solenoid that controls third gear.  I would take the van to a transmission shop that is familiar with Nissan transmissions.  Could be as simple as the servo for third.  The air inlet temperature sensor is probably unplugged.  Look at the hose coming from the front of the vehicle to the filter box and there is a sensor.  Check to see that the connection is good.  Otherwise it is the sensor itself.
