Nissan Repair: Nissan maxima AC issue, nissan maxima, fan motor

Hi,
I have a Nissan Maxima 2002, whenever I turned on the fan, it made a noise, the fan motor blower was replaced. After it was replaced, the fan would only turn on at number 4, and little air came out of the vents. Do you have any idea what is the problem? Is it the wiring?

Note: Before the fan started to make noise, it was working fine. Thank You

Ousman,

The problem seems to be two fold.  First, the blower is probably installed improperly.  Second, the blower resistor is probably bad and needs to be replaced.  The resistor is in the blower case and is used to reduce fan speed at the lower settings.  The fan, if not centered will cause it to drag on the case.
