Nissan Repair: my 300zx wont start, air leaks, air meter

i have a 1990 300zx and it wont start.  i dont think its getting any spark.  when i try n start it the motor just spins and i can smell gas so i know i am getting fuel.  any ideas?

If you smell gas it is probably flooded.  I would check the plugs to make sure the car is not flooding.  Second, I would check the air meter and intake hose to make sure there are no air leaks.  If the hose is cracked or the clamps are loose it will not start.  Next I would check to make sure it is getting spark.  You could have blown the ignition circuit fuse.  So, check the fuses too.  Also, check for a check engine light as it will point to any problems the computer is picking up.  Email me back if you need more.
