How do you change the bottom ball joint on my 2002 nissan navara d22?

I replace the lower control arm on both sides and this covers the ball joints as well as the bushings on the control arm.  It is much easier than trying to press the ball joints out and the plus is the bushings get replaced too.  The cost is minimal.  I do not know if rockauto.com or courtesyparts.com work in the UK.  But, I am sure there are resources to get parts from that have similar cost models.
