Nissan Repair: nissan window reset switch, reset switch, 350z

the driver side window on my 350z is not working but its not the panel or the switch. i read about a reset switch on the motor  but haven't looked yet. the passenger side works fine with both switches. what do i do

You can reset the switcch by removing the door panel and pulling the cover and then pressing the button on the motor.  But, I would suspect that the motor itself has gone out.  I have replaced both motors on my 350Z.  The driver's goes out first since it is used more than the passenger side.  The part that is annoying is that the brushes wear down and they do not sell them seperately.  courtesynissan.com is a good source for a motor.  If you email me I will send you the PDF on the process.  vonsudderth@yahoo.com
