Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Sentra Low beams wont work, turn signal switch, nissan sentra

Question
My low beams won't work, but my high beams do.  I have replaced the bulb and that was not the problem.  What else could it be.

Answer
Hi April -

If you have a means to check power, such as a light circuit tester, test the terminal at the headlight with the lights on. You should have power to one terminal. With the high beams on, 2 terminals should have power. If you see power there, it has to be the bulb.

Otherwise, check the low beam fuse, located in the large circuit fuse box on the fender of the car in the engine compartment.

If the fuse is good, check the turn signal switch (where you turn on the lights). That could be defective as well.

Hope this helps -
