Nissan Repair: engine fan runs constantly, nissan 300zx, engine fan

There is an engine fan that runs constantly in my 1985 Nissan 300zx.  When the car is turned off, it runs until it drains the battery. What is it and how do I fix it?

This is the cooling fan. It is supposed to turn on when the vehicle reaches a certain temperature, and shut off after a few minutes. If it is not shutting off, then I believe it is the relay. This relay is located where all the other large circuit fuses and relays are on the fender in the engine compartment.

Might want to check it out.
