Nissan Repair: n15 pulsar abs light, cv joints, abs light

i changed my cv joints now my abs light stays on do you know why ?n 15 pulsar 1995 1.6 auto

Hi Richard -

Did you replace just the joints, or the entire shaft?

Shafts for vehicles with ABS are a little different in that it has a special disc on it. If you replace with the wrong one, that light will illuminate.

If not, perhaps the sensor was disturbed. Look on the shaft for a lined disc, and look for a sensor. Perhaps during the replacement it got bent or broken off.
