Nissan Repair: 1996 nissa altima, amp fuse, nissa altima

I have a 1996 nissan altima the 10 amp fuse labled meter keeps blowing what does it go to

The alternator.  If this fuse keeps blowing would have me checking the alternator for overcharging.  Go to Autozone or Checker and get them to do a free electrical inspection on your vehicle.  Just drive it over and ask them to hook up their load tester.
