i wan to know besides have to change the fuel filter in the car, do i need to have the gas tank dropped and cleaned out for all the sediment to get out of the fuel lines or this there a product on the market that can clean out the dirt.  i am buying it from a friend and he check with a mechanic and said that the fuel filter is cloded with sediment.  i just want to make sure that i need to drop the gas tank to in case it need cleaned out.

If the fuel filter is really full of sediment you should remove and drain the tank.  There are water dissipants for fuel but none that will disolve dirt.  Now, if there is not new sediment deposited in the fuel filter you might just get lucky and trap any remaining sediment in the filter.  All kinds of things get into fuel from the pumping station to the gas station.  Now, if the car runs fine with the new filter just change it in a couple of months and be done with it.
