Nissan Repair: 2005 xterra warning lights, brake warning light, low oil pressure

Question
First noticed brake warning light would not go out. Brake fluid level okay. Pulled handle a few times and it went out. Now low oil pressure light on (faintly). No knocking or low oil level. SET light for cruise also came on. What is going on?

Answer
Mac,

I would pull the instrument luster and inspect the connection.  Usually, the connector on the cluster and the harness need to be cleaned with a number 2 pencil eraser to get the contacts working good.  You will probably need a Haynes Manual to get the instructions on how to remove the cluster.
