Nissan Repair: electric probleme, nissan altima, radio cd

i have no power on my radio &cd player on nissan altima 2.5l . but all working from the stering switch . change caneell and volume is ok  but still no power at all in radio cd all fuses is ok helpe please thank you

If I understand you correctly, the radio and such works from the steering wheel controls?  If this is the case and the controls on the radio are inoperative then the head unit will have to come out and be repaired.  Nissan uses Clarion and they are known to have issues.
