You are going to need a manual for this.  I suggest a Haynes Manual for diagrams, pictures and instructions.  I would also use rockauto.com or courtesyparts.com to source a clutch kit.  You will need the complete kit.  That is, a clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing and a pilot bushing to complete the job.  You are going to need a metric set of tools, a jack, jack stands and a transmission jack.
