Nissan Repair: 1997 Altima, no start, flooding, fuel pressure gauge, fuel pressure regulator

Question
I have a 97 Altima, It stalled at a light with no restart.I
have found out it was flooding. I can install fuel pump fuse and crank until it starts,it will idle(sometimes)until i reinstall fuel pump fuse.It will instantly die when fuse is installed. it will restart every time if i repeat above procedure. at times it will stay running when fuse is reinstalled but will not accelerate above idle.

Answer
Joseph,

Check the computer for codes.  Check the fuel pressure to make sure the fuel pressure regulator is not stuck and the injectors are not leaking by using a fuel pressure gauge.  Get a Haynes Manual, $20 bucks, to get all the diagrams and values.  Email me back if you need more.  Also, my thought runs to the mass airflow sensor as a defective part.  The manual will give you the procedure to check this part.  It usually fails, causing your problem without throwing a code...
