Nissan Repair: what it is code p1320, comptuer, mech

pathfinder 1999 code p1320 read manufacturer controlled ignition system or misfire my pathfinder it will kran but will no startup.some mech.said it is tranfer sensor swicth other said is the ignition please help me

Ignition signal primary is probably the distributor being contaminated with oil.  The ignition signal is used to fire the plugs.  If the computer does not receive the signal the comptuer cannot fire the plugs.  Remove and disassemble the distributor and check for the presence of oil on the optical shutter wheel.  If there is oil replace the distributor with a rebuilt unit.
