I changed the thermostat, now the fan on the radiator constantly runs. When the engine is on and after it's turned off. The engine hasn't ran hot, the fan comes on almost immediately when turned on. It's sound so loud when driving and after it's turned off, that people think the engine is still running. Help Please!!

Looks like you may have a defective fan relay or fan temp sensor. The latter would be the most likely culprit. What year is your vehicle?

Do you have access to an ohmmeter? If you check continuity between the terminals of the sensor and there is connection when the engine is cold, you have found your problem.
