i am hearing a squeaking sound from my 05 xterra when running i just reach 65k is it time to change my belts?

Yes, it is probably the belts that are needing replacement.  If you cycle the airconditioner and listen does the noise change?  The power steering will also make noise if the steering wheel is turned a bit each way.  That would narrow down which belt is making the noise.  But, you might as well change both since you are at 65K miles.
