Nissan Repair: clutch, clutch master cylinder, nissan 240sx

Question
I have a 1992 Nissan 240sx and my clutch is not engaging properly. When i get in my car and i haven't drivin it for a few days, my clutch pedal is on the floor. I can pump it and after a little while it will work again, but not fully. I have bleed it and nothing seems to be working. Any thoughts?

Answer
Hi Mike -

If you have to pump it up for it to work, looks like it is the clutch master cylinder. You probably have an internal leak if the level is not low. Replace that and you should be fine. Might be a good idea to replace the slave cylinder as well.

Hope this helps -
