Nissan Repair: 2002 altima doors lock themselves, altima, linkage

My altima locks the doors on its own while sitting or driving. when I hit the unlock on the driver or passenger door, the doors unlock and then lock. the only way to get out of the car is to manually unlock the door. this occurs with the remote as well.  can you please help me? thanks

The lock is defective on either the driver's door or passenger door.  That is the locks are self sensing so if a linkage is bent or the lock is worn out and needs to be replaced.  I would remove the driver's door panel first and check the lock and linkage.
