Thanks calvin,Just to add to the question, would I be able to USE iridium spark plugs for this car and could you tell me how if possible to change the other three spark plugs underneath the manifold head without having to remove it?

Yes, Iridium is the way to go, especially since it is a bear to replace those 3 plugs. From what I remember, yes, you will need to remove the manifold. However, it is easier than you think. A little patience and the proper tools will take you through.
