Nissan Repair: Check Engine Light, mass airflow sensor, nissan altima

I have a Nissan Altima 97 and the check engine light is still on after the tune was done.replacing all the sparkplugs, cables,cap and rotor as well. still it shows cylinder 4 missfire in the codes. Recenlty i have replaces Mass Airflow sensor,Knock sensor and another one.
Any suggestions what else to check to fix the problem??

Hi Sekhar -

Try rebooting the system, by removing the ECM (computer) fuse for about 1 minute and replace. Another way you can do this is by disconnecting the negative side of the battery cable.
