Nissan Repair: Sentra Parking brake adjustment, nissan sentra gxe, parking brake cable

I own a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE and the parking brake lever has to be pulled to the very top to engage the brakes.  I have read that there is an adjustment screw under the console area, but when looking I only see the interior brake light sensor adjusting screw.  Is there a place I can see a diagram of where this screw is at or can you tell me where it is?

There is a nut that threads onto the long bolt that is the end of the parking brake cable.  Anyway, if you look from the front to the back of the console opening, where the handle sticks through, you should see the bolt and then it is just a matter of tightening it.  Not too much or the back brakes will drag when the handle is released.
