It sounds like water is running when i rive my engine up pass 20 MPH, stops at 35 MPH. Car jerks softly most of the time, very pronouced jerks ,no shakes just jerks

Hi Johnette -

Try checking your exhaust system. Could be excessive back pressure from a collapsed catalytic converter, exhaust pipe, etc.
One way to check it is to remove the exhaust pipe at the manifold and run the car. It will be loud, but at least you will know after this test.
