Nissan Repair: 94 Nissan Sentra (1.6L)coolant system issue..., radiator coolant, nissan sentra

Question
ALOHA! I have a '94 Nissan Sentra (1.6L)coolant system issue. My car overheated recently. I changed the water pump, thermostat (OEM), all hoses, radiator, coolant sensor. I flushed the cooling system and refilled with coolant according to the manual specs (opened the bleeder and turned on heater on max). The thermostat opens up and the 2 radiator fans engage within 10 minutes and stays on continuosly. It does not turn off. The lower radiator at this point stays cool. It then starts to overheat. I don't know what else to do. Can you please help me. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Answer
Hi Felipe -

If the lower hose is cool and the upper hose is hot at operating temperature, then you have a circulation problem. Are you sure the thermostat is opening up? How was this checked? Please ensure it is not in backwards. How about removing it and see if the car still overheats.

Please do these tests and get back to me -
thanks and aloha
