QUESTION: no, it won't turn over.  nothing at all.  Where is the neutral saftey switch and starter relay and how do I check them short of replacing them?

Paul,

Bridge the starter with a length of wire from the small terminal to the large terminal.  If the starter turns over then work your way back.  The starter relay is under the hood in the relay box.  The neutral safety switch is on the shifter under the console.
