Nissan Repair: nissan primera 1999 rear wheel, break pads, nissan primera

when him driving my car you can hear a scouring noise i have changed rear break pads and disc the disc was all covered in rust and i have noticed that the rust is starting to come on the new one and i still have that noise please could you help

PLease, I will need more information from you -

Does this noise come out when you are applying the brake, or just coasting, or both? Is this from the right rear, or left rear, or both? If it is a scraping sound, does it get faster as the car goes faster?
