Nissan Repair: Nissan Pathfinder 1993, nissan pathfinder, mahalo

Question
What mechanical problems can cause a 93 nissan pathfinder to just cut off? I was stopping at a red light and it just shut off like a light switch. It will turn over but won't crank up. I need some ideas what could cause this so I can check on it. Please and Thanks!

Please - I need more information -

Does is cut off when the eninge is warmed up? cold? or anytime?
When was the last time you had a tune up?
What is the  mileage, and have you replaced your fuel pump yet?
