Nissan Repair: 95 pathfinder, four wheels, brake fluid

a b s light on,also brake lights stay on. what could cause this.

I would think the brake dluid should be flushed with new DOT3 Brake Fluid.  

Also, check the pads at all four wheels and replace with Nissan pads if over half gone.

To reset the computer disconnect the battery for five minutes.  If the aforementioned fails to correc the problem check the master cylinder.
