Nissan Repair: Timing Belt, timing belt replacement, nissan pathfinder

My timing belt broke on my 1994 Nissan Pathfinder V-6.  After I put the new one on I cant seem to get the timing set right to crank.  Your advise would be greatly appreciated.    Thanks... Rusty

Hi Rusty -

The installation process is quite detailed, as a few marks need to be aligned and if it is one notch off, the car will not run properly. It is important to have everything lined up at TDC. Please go to www.autozone.com and enter your vehicle information, timing belt replacement under repair guides. Then you should be good to go -
