QuestionOk a couple of things. First of all, yesterday, I started my car, it cranked over, and stuttered during the start, and the car quit. I went to turn it over again and start it; except this time, the car did nothing. I charged up my battery thinking it could be that, and same thing only clicking. I put in a new battery, and same thing only clicking. I think it might be the starter, but i don't know for sure. Or if there's anything else i can do to check something else first. Also, with my breaks, i've had them in numerous times, what happens is, that there's a little area about 1 inch on the bottom of the break petal that will actually stop my car. However there is no pressure to the breaks. I take the car in, and i'll have pressure for about a day or so then the pressure will go away and i'm stuck with the little area of breaking. What could that be? Thanks for your advice!!!!!

Looks like the starter. Try getting a hammer an tapping the starter while turning the key. If the car starts, replace the starter. It will work for a few times more, but just replce it.
Brakes - looks like the master cylinder. Look for obvious leaks by the rear wheels, but if it is not there, i would replace the master.
