Nissan Repair: 1997 pathfinder rear doors unresponsive, weird coincidence, rear doors

Hi both the rear doors will not open. The handles on the outside are floppy and on the inside the handle feels the same  as usual but does not open.   I think it has something to do with the central locking as only the front to doors are responsive to it.

Could be a weird coincidence, but I believe that the linkage for the rear door locks have come off inside the door panel. This is why it is not unlocking, and the door handle is loose. The linkage is held by a plastic clip, so at times it is easiliy disengaged, especially if it gets a lot of use, or perhaps someone tried to break in using a slim jim. That always does it.

The door panel needs to come off and linkage reconnected. Panel should be held on by clips, and perhaps a few screws.
