how do i replace the starter?  I can only find one mount bolt from underneath and cannot see or access the other from above or below.

Hi Steve -

Yes, the other bolt is quite out of sight, but it is there. You will need a 12" extension for your rachet, a universal socket will help too. Ensure the battery is disconnected, and proceed to locate the bolt between the starter (around the solenoid) and the engine. Look approximately 180 degrees directly opposite the bolt you can see.
