Car will not start in park.  Hard to get automatic shifter into park and then not really sure it is in park but key will come out.  If in what I think is park sometimes hard to push button in and shift out of park but once out of park shits great.

The shifter interlock probably needs adjustment.  I would remove the console cover to get at the shifter mechanism and then get a Haynes Manual and follow the adjustment procedure.  Basically, you shift into neutral and see if the car will start and do the same thing in park and then lock the assembly into place with the bolts.  The shift interlock probably needs to be cleaned and lubricated too as you describe a sticking assembly.  I would disassemble and clean and then lubricate with light oil like 3in1 oil.
