Nissan Repair: Question about my Nissan 1999, nissan altima, tail lamps

From last few days no lights are glowing on Dash, front side lamps and back tail lamps of my Nissan Altima 1999 car...but all the bulbs are new ones...and my indicators, Hazzard lights and stop lights are functioning properly as and when i apply... I am really confused...please answer me...

You got me on this one.  I will assume your dash lights do not work and everything else does?  If that is the case the dimmer for the dash lights is usually the first thing that dies...  If that does not correct the problem backprobe the harness to make sure you have voltage to the instrument cluster light circuit.
