i have bought four new shocks for my car. Can i personally install them

Unless you have a decent set of tools and a spring compressor I would not attempt it.  The back are difficult since you have to remove the back seat and cover to get to the top of them and the front require that the car be aligned after they are installed since they are struts and not just shocks.  The spring is over and around them and has to be removed using a special spring compressor.  Plus the spring holds so much energy that you could get hurt if you are not familiar with the process.  Your choice here but just wanted to let you know the details of what has to be done...
