Nissan Repair: blower switch, speed blower, heater blower

Question
I have a 1993 j30 and the heater blower will not shut off until you shut off the car.
I have changed the high speed blower relay with no success.
Do you have an idea?

If the relay will not turn off the blower while the car is on but does when it is off then the relay is not the problem.  But, probably a good thing that you replaced it due to the age of the relay.  Now, if the blower stays on (you did not say what speed so I will assume it stays on when you turn the unit off) would mean that the master control is defective and needs to be replaced.  That is, the switch itself is bad.
