Nissan Repair: release catch for rear window, nissan terrano, rear glass

hi. i have a 1994 nissan terrano and the quick release button for the rear glass window has suddenly stopped working. could u help? thanks

The button releases the latch.  So, if the outside one works and this is the inside one you are talking about you need to check if there is power to the switch and if a fuse has blown.  If all electrical is fine I would test the lastch itself.  But, most probably the switch has failed.
