If you want a factory init you are looking at about $1000 installed.  If it were me I would go to an independent muffler shop have have them install a universal converter, the same size or larger than the one you currently have.  Bigger converter means more horsepower and fuel economy.  I would not go to Midas for a converter.  Just check out the local shops in your area.  I assume yours is melted or broken internally?  This is important to know and understand.  If the converter melted there is a reason like a bad injector or another reason the converter was getting too much fuel.  The result is they melt due to the excess heat caused by the raw fuel entering the converter.  So, check out why the converter melted before you replace it.  You do not want to cook the new one...  I know since I have done it before; many years ago...
