Nissan Repair: 89 pathfinder, fuse boxes, local wrecking yards

hey whats going on not mucc here i have a 89 pathfinder and its an old beater i whent 4x4ing and i managed to get the floorboard "wet" i put my car n prk and got out to investigate the damage when it died i noticed that under the passenger seat there is a box "electrical concentrated computer system "e.c.c.s"well it was "wet" also i took it out and dryed it out best as i could and reinstalled it but my car still will not start is there any way to bypass the "e.c.c.s"and if not do you know of anybody who might have one  thanks

ps i haven't checked the fuses/relays yet

If the computer was wet it is probably cooked.  But, there is a remote chance that it is not.  First, check the fuses at the positive battery cable and all fuse boxes.  If all are good and there are no lights at the computer replace it.  ebay or google are two good sources for a used computer.  Also, your local wrecking yards.  Be sure to dry out the connector or you might just fry the replacement computer.
