Nissan Repair: 2000 Quest Pwr Windows, pwr windows, jumper wires

The driver side window on my 2000 Nissan Quest stopped working in the down position. There are no parts available locally. Is there a way to jump out th switch to get it up til a new switch can be sent?

Yes, you can remove the door panel and unplug the window motor and then using jumper wires run the window up.  THe harness is basically a reverse polarity design.  So, power one way will run the window up and the other way will run it down.  The neutral is the ground.
