I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN THE CAR JUST DIED
I STARTED IT AGAIN BUT IS WAS RUNNING VERY RUFF
TRY TO EXCELLERATE IT WOULD JUST DIE.

You did not say if there was engine noise or not?  If there is noise like clicking and scraping the timing probably jumped and you will need a new chain.  That is the first thing that comes to mind.  If there was no noise and it just runs rough then I would look at the basics like fuel pressure and to see if the distributor is contaminated with oil on the optical shutter wheel and pickup and receiver.
