My 91 nissan truck's brake lights and front parking lights won't go off unless i pull the fuse for brake lamp.  what switch should i replace and where is it located?

Chris, check the relays first to see if one is stuck.  If the relays are good then you need to look at replacement of the light switch.  My first guess is the light switch on the column as I have replaced so many for the problem yo9u describe.  The contacts in the steering column switch stick together and yours is over fifteen years old...  Nissans run forever but parts need to be replaced every now and then and I have replaced the headlight switch on many older ones.  I had a 1986 Stanza and the headlight swtich did the same thing you describe...
