Nissan Repair: nissan Sentra 2002 clutch pedal sticking, nissan sentra 2002, nissan sentra

Question
Hello,
For the last 6 months,  particularly when raining while say at a light my clutch pedal would stay depressed to the floor and I'd have to pop it up with my foot.  It started happening more frequently so I took it to my garage and they recommended that I replace the clutch. So I did... less than 24 hours after the clutch being repaired the pedals starts sticking again more frequently then prior to the repair.  I then took it back and they said there could be air in the pedal hydraulics so they bleed it (took all of 15 minutes).  The clutch pedal seemed firmer and was not sticking and I was happy for about a week.   Now the clutch pedal has more give in it and is periodically sticking.  What do you believe is the issue with my clutch pedal and how may I correct the problem?

Answer
Sounds like air in the system and or slight leakage from either a slave or master cylinders in the system. If they performed the repairs they are obligated to fix it. If they can't, tell them that you will have the dealer fix it, and have them pay for the bill. Due to the design of the system and my experience I never witnessed a failing clutch cause a sticking pedal.
